In every consultation I have with new clients, there's one question that matters more than almost anything else - and no, it's not just the medical history.
It's this:
"What's really motivating you to have this done?"
On the surface, you might think the answer is obvious. Bigger size, right? Sure - but that's just the headline. What's really driving this decision? What's underneath the surface? That's where the real work happens, and it's the most critical part of any consultation I do.
There is no one-size-fits-all reason.
Week after week, I hear stories and motivations that are as unique as the men who walk through my clinic doors, and understanding this helps me tailor not just their treatment, but their entire experience.
Let's break it down.
"I'm happy with my erect size, I just want to be more of a shower."
This one comes up a lot.
These are men who have no complaints in the bedroom, no issues with performance, but they want that extra boost when they step out of the shower, in the changing room, nudist beaches (yes we have lots of nudists) or being bigger in foreplay situations. They want the quiet confidence that comes with knowing they're above average, both soft and hard. Fair play, this is where the procedure delivers beautifully.
"My wife/partner cheated on me."
Yes, I hear this more often than you'd think.
For some men, this becomes the ultimate knee-jerk reaction. But in consultation, we pause. We unpack it. We make sure it's not about revenge or a plaster over emotional instability. If you're doing this to heal a wound someone else caused, it won't fix the deeper pain. If you're doing it for yourself, to rebuild, to level up, to become the best version of yourself - then we can work with that.
I often compare it to the way some women react after a breakup: dramatic hair changes, body overhauls, cosmetic tweaks. It's human. It's emotional. And it's powerful if it's done for the right reasons.
"I want to know I'm the biggest in every room I walk into."
That's pure ego - and let's be blunt, there's no shame in that.
We live in a world where everything is relative: salary, car, house, abs, watch, height, you name it. For some men, knowing they've got the biggest weapon in the room is their edge.
If that's their motivator - as long as it's approached responsibly - I'm here to help.
"My wife had three kids - things aren't the same down there."
Completely understandable.
Many men want to restore intimacy, improve sensation, or simply enhance connection with their partner. More girth, more pleasurable friction, more presence in the bedroom - it can make a real difference. And I'm not here to judge that.
Here's What Might Surprise You
Most of my clients aren't "small."
In fact, the majority (over 90%) are average or above average - and the general public would be stunned to hear that.
These aren't desperate men; they're driven men, men who want to improve themselves, not from a place a lack.
So what's really going on?
We can only infer that the drive comes from deep environmental and social factors: media, porn, changing room talk, cultural expectations, ego, insecurity and ambition all rolled into one.
My Advice to Any Man Considering It
Before you book. Before you consult. Before you commit.
Ask yourself why you want this done.
Sit with it. Reflect on it. Address the real reasons.
And if, after all that, you still want it - if you know it's for you, not for anyone else - then I'll be here, ready to guide you on your journey.
Because ultimately, this isn't just about size.
It's about confidence, ownership, and self-improvement.
And when done for the right reasons, it can change your life.
And the most common response I get the question above is... "Why not?"
And quite right - why not have a procedure that has the potential to upgrade all aspects of your life.
