The guys we see for penis enlargement, on their 2nd session, often report that the base is lacking some girth in relation to the rest of the shaft.
This is common and is not anything alarming.
When we inject penis filler, we of course deliver it evenly along the whole shaft—including the base, root of the penis.
I will attempt to describe why this happens below:
The Anatomy of the Base
The penile base sits closest to the pubic area, where there’s more mobility, compression, and friction compared with the mid-shaft. Every time you sit, walk, or even when clothing presses against the groin, the base is under more stress than the upper shaft. Over time, this constant movement naturally makes the filler break down more quickly in that area.
Filler breaks down in relation to something called “shear stress” or mechanical stress. This is one of the things which break down filler quicker.
As described above, this part of the penis is under the greatest tension. So in relation to the rest of the shaft, it will break down quicker, which over months and years can result in a tapered result.
Some men like this. However, we understand some men prefer wider bases.
Managing Expectations and Results
That’s why 2 sessions are essential for best results.
On the 2nd session, we add more filler to make the base have more girth—almost overcompensating this area to ensure a nice even shaft.
