Penis Enlargement and Glans Size – What You Need to Know
Why We Don’t Offer Glans Enlargement
Guys, if there was a successful treatment to significantly increase the size of the head of the penis (the glans), we would offer it to you. We’d market it. But the reason why we don’t is because the result is very minimal, and we feel it doesn’t justify the price tag.
Hey, we do have a few patients who do pay for it and they come in every 2–3 months to have it done. That’s up to them. They’ve been fully informed and consented about the fact that they will need to come back every 2–3 months to keep it topped up.
Why Doesn’t the Glans Increase Like the Shaft?
The shaft greatly increases in size, as you know. Why doesn’t the glans or the head of the penis also?

Different structure – the shaft is different to the glans.

Tightness – look at your glans, grab it, and see how much you can stretch it out. You can’t. It’s extremely tight.

Proximity to blood-filled chamber – sitting 1–2mm beneath the skin of the head of the penis is the blood-filled chamber. So we’re dealing with micro-millimetres of safety.
Penis filler does increase the size of the glans, but no more than 2–5% of what you’ve already got. So, if that’s what you’re happy with, then we can do that.
The Risks of Glans Filler
Any clinic who’s offering this as a service and saying they’ll be able to double the size of the head, or significantly increase it — they are lying to you. It is anatomically impossible. And it’s risky. Very high risk. Because if any of that filler goes into the blood-filled chamber of the penis, you may suffer from long term permanent scarring. It will cause a lot of scarring and damage — and that’s not what you want.
Sometimes we occasionally use it with guys who climax too early. It can blunt sensitivity. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. As you can see, it’s really a hit-or-miss procedure.
That is why we don’t market it as a clinic. Because as a clinic, we only offer treatments that are backed by science, that have been proven, and most importantly, continue to produce reproducible, predictable results.
Why Glans Enlargement Doesn’t Work
The reason we’re unsure it’s not going to work is because:

It’s anatomically impossible to increase the glans anywhere near the size the shaft will increase.

It’s hit or miss.

The metabolic activity in the glans is one of the highest in the body, so it churns through filler at an exponential rate compared to the sub-dartos space in the shaft (a relatively avascular zone where filler lasts much longer).
So guys, listen. I really wish there was a procedure to increase the head of the penis, but currently there isn’t. Anatomically, I don’t see any way of it ever happening.
Some people inject filler into the coronal rim, and this is the only safe way to do it. But again, you’re getting no more than a 1–2mm increase in width. So yeah, don’t recommend it. Happy to do it for clients that want it, but they have to accept that it may not last as long, and the size gain is minuscule compared to what we achieve in the shaft.
Aesthetic Concerns – Shaft vs. Glans
Now, of course, this calls into question for some of the really, really, really picky guys who are obsessed about the aesthetics of their penis (that’s a whole other blog). The majority of men we treat are literally like:
“We just want a bigger penis. Make it as smooth as you can, but I just want it bigger.”
And that’s fair. That’s the market we’re in. Obviously, we focus a lot on aesthetics as a priority. But, we’re in the market to make men’s penises larger, in the safest and most effective way possible.

Keeping Proportions Natural
Now — for the very picky guys who are obsessed with aesthetics. Of course, if we dramatically increase the shaft and it gets wider than the glans, it may look “unnatural”. However, when you’re erect, that’s all proportional — and that’s where it counts, isn’t it?
Ways around it:
We can inject 10ml in the shaft initially, then maybe 5ml in your second session. That keeps things within “natural proportions”.
The downside? You may not get as much gain as you’d hoped on the shaft. And the shaft is where the action’s at.
I always say this to clients, and clients always say it back to me:
“The rod, the thickness of the rod, the shaft is where the money’s at.”
That’s the bit we really focus on.
Final Word on Glans Enlargement
If there was a predictable, reproducible, safe procedure, technique, or product that could increase the size of the glans just as much as we can increase the shaft, we would:

Know about it.

Perfect it.

Be the best at it.

Offer it.
But it doesn’t exist at the moment. When and if it does, we’ll be the first to let you know.
But in the meantime? Get a bigger penis. Get a massive “rod”. A massive shaft. That can be your toy to play with for the time being.
