Can daily tadalafil actually increase penis size?

Very low-dose, alternate-day or customised regimens may be considered off-label depending on the exact dose and schedule.[1,2]

Safety: who should not take tadalafil?
Tadalafil is generally well tolerated in suitable men, but it is not safe for everyone.

• muscle aches.
Rare but serious issues include prolonged erections, sudden visual symptoms, hearing symptoms or severe dizziness.
