Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website: https://aivawellness.com in addition to our appointment and in clinic policies. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of our site and if you sign any of our consent forms for any procedure undertaken by us.

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings: "Content" means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site; "System" means any online communications infrastructure that we make available through Our Site either now or in the future. This may include, but is not limited to, contact forms, email, live chat and forums; and "We/Us/Our" means aiva® and its team members.

REVIEWS & FOLLOW UP

All clients that have had treatment with us are entitled to one complimentary follow-up/review appointment. We will always offer this to you if you have any concerns post treatment (up to 3 weeks from original appointment date.)

If you cancel or reschedule your review within 48 hours of your booked review date, you will lose your complimentary review.

Any further reviews/follow up will be charged at the standard rate of £100.00.

If you decline to come in for a face-to-face review for any reason then you are in breach of our terms and conditions and have solely refused our help. This leaves us with no choice but to discharge you from our clinic. In the occurrence of this happening, you have accepted that you are fully liable with the ongoing outcome of the treatment received.

You have understood and accepted that follow ups/review appointments maybe required as part of your treatment and travel to our clinic locations. You accept that sometimes you will be required to travel more than once to our clinic to complete, review and/or adjust your treatment received.

You have understood and accept the distance, time and personal cost it takes for you to travel to our clinics and are happy to do so when/if it is deemed required by our team members.

At review appointments there will be no charge for additional anti-wrinkle injections (as long as this is within 3 weeks of your original appointment).

At review appointments if additional quantities of dermal filler are requested it will be charged at the same rate of the current services we provide.

Please also note that a significant size reduction is also to be expected with dermal filler treatments within the first two weeks, following treatment once the swelling has settled.

COMPLAINTS & COMPLIMENTS

We highly appreciate all feedback provided to us. This allows us to optimise and further improve our already high standards and improve the whole client experience.

If you are delighted with your treatment, we would love to hear about this. Equally if the treatment has not quite met your expectations, please book a complimentary review appointment, where we will discuss with you,your concerns. We will strive to address your concerns and aim to tweak the treatment so that the prior agreed led expectations have been met.

If you have any urgent issues or concerns please contact us.

For issues such as swelling, bruising, lumps, mild tenderness and dissatisfaction please contact us with clear photographs of your concern. Our doctors will review these quickly and then let you know of the next best course of action.

If a further adjustment is recommended we will book you in for your complimentary review within 3 weeks (once any swelling, bruising has settled).

If you still are unhappy and you feel your concern has not been resolved. Then please let us know as soon as possible (maximum date is 3 months from original appointment).

Please email or write to our clinic with subject heading “unresolved” we aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 5 days.

We aim to respond to you within 21 working days from the date of formal acknowledgement of your complaint.

SPLITTING TREATMENTS

Under NO circumstances are treatments allowed to split over multiple sessions on different appointment dates.

CHILDREN & PETS

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 (you must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and/or services). Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. For safety reasons, children and pets will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

DEPOSITS & APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We Kindly request a £50 deposit for all appointments. We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of treatment if customers do not show up or not enough notice is provided. The deposit paid is used towards the cost of treatment on the day.

Should you wish to cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours you will be able to do so without nil penalty. We hold a strict deposit policy as a rule of fairness, we understand that no one or rarely people would make an appointment without the intention of coming to their appointment. But in some cases it cant be helped. We as a business still have to arrange for your appointment, staffing, time taken out of the diary, this time taken is a loss of money for us as another person could have booked that space you filled. This is why the £50 is charged to cover the minimum cost of this to us as a business. If you arrive to your appointment and on the day and it is decided treatment is not right for you, unlike most other clinics, we will refund you the full deposit amount. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours or do not show for your scheduled appointment.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if a customer is thought to be unsuitable, unprofessional, defamatory, has unrealistic expectations, rude or abusive to any member of staff, or if the treatment is not in their best interests clinically or psychologically.

In very rare or unforeseen circumstances we may need to cancel or change your appointment at short notice.We reserve this right, however we will always aim to provide as much advanced notice where possible and will be accommodating where we can.

However please note, accommodation, travel and other expenses incurred are not the responsibility of us.

REFUNDS

Every effort will be made to ensure you have the best possible outcome and we will always strive to meet your desired results and expectations. However as with all medical procedures there can be a wide range of final results. Clients differ in their responses too and the outcome of the procedure. We cannot give any clinical or financial guarantee. Treatment results and duration of results may vary between individuals. This is due to multiple factors, which include, but is not limited to, lifestyle factors (smoking, sun-beds and diet), individual anatomy, skin type, pre-existing asymmetry and individual metabolism.

Your treatment fee cannot be refunded in cases of a sub-optimal result, including no result and or complications. All fees paid are related solely to the service provided i.e professional time, expertise, product costs and other costs incurred in providing the treatment. Those costs are incurred irrespective of the results achieved.

Why isn't a refund provided?
An expert doctor/ medical professional has spent professional time performing your treatment. The products used for example dermal filler/anti-wrinkle or other treatment modalities have been used in your body and cannot be extracted and used in someone else.

DISCOUNTS & INCENTIVISED PROMOTIONS

No discounts, deals, prizes, packages are offered on ANY of our treatments. Our facial treatment fees have been designed in such a way to offer full transparency of costs whilst adopting a tailored individual treatment plan.

For non-surgical penis enlargement, the prices advertised should be used as a price guide only. A personalised tailored treatment plan will be devised with you at consultation. During this stage a personalised quote will be provided for you.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

Though the treatments we offer are non-surgical and non-permanent, we encourage all of our clients to have a suitable “cooling off” period before making the decision to undergo a procedure. If you are unsure about any aspect of the treatment provided, then please get in touch and raise it at your consultation to ensure you are better informed.

VAT

All prices advertised are inclusive of VAT.
