Glans filler is often marketed as a way to enlarge the head of the penis, but anatomically it does not behave like shaft filler and, put simply, it does not work effectively.
The glans is a highly sensitive, vascular erectile structure without a reliable filler plane. While glans filler has been studied in the treatment of premature ejaculation, it is a poor option for predictable cosmetic enlargement.
Does Glans Filler Work?
The short answer is not reliably.
Glans filler does not work as a dependable aesthetic enlargement treatment for the head of the penis.
That does not mean filler has never been injected into the glans. Hyaluronic acid injections have been studied, particularly in men with lifelong premature ejaculation.
However, the goal of these studies is not cosmetic enlargement.
