Clinical Overview
Hybrid-Ultimate® is not simply a soft HA penis filler. It combines immediate girth enhancement with PLLA-driven collagen stimulation. PLLA is not technically a peptide, but it is a long-established biostimulatory material that signals local tissue remodelling, encouraging fibroblasts to produce collagen where the filler is placed.
Important Clarification: PLLA Is Not a Peptide
PLLA is not a peptide. A peptide is a short chain of amino acids. PLLA, or poly-L-lactic acid, is a biostimulatory polymer. It has been used in aesthetic medicine for many years as a collagen-stimulating material.
However, the reason patients compare it to peptides is understandable. Both sit within the wider conversation of biological signalling.

Evidence and Safety
PLLA has been described in the scientific literature as a collagen-stimulating injectable used in aesthetic medicine.
Studies suggest that PLLA can activate fibroblast-related collagen production and extracellular matrix remodelling.1–3
In penile augmentation literature, HA and PLA/PLLA-type fillers have been studied for girth enhancement, with evidence showing augmentative effects and patient satisfaction in selected men.4,5
