What Happens After Hybrid-Ultimate® Penis Filler Has Been Injected?

Phase 1: Immediate Mechanical Expansion (Minutes → Hours)

As soon as the penis filler is injected into the sub-Dartos plane, it occupies a natural potential space between the penile fascia layers. The HA (Hyaluronic Acid) component provides immediate structure and projection, while the highly elastic Dartos fascia stretches circumferentially around it.

In the first few hours, the penis behaves as a dynamic, mobile structure, meaning the filler undergoes subtle redistribution along natural tissue planes. This is why minor unevenness or segmental fullness can temporarily appear; the tissue is still settling mechanically. This is exactly why a second session is always required to ensure optimal penis filler distribution along the shaft.

Phase 2: Biological Integration & Collagen Activation (Days → Months)

From gel to living tissue

Over the following days and weeks, a controlled biological response occurs. The HA acts as a temporary scaffold, maintaining volume and shape while allowing PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) to exert its full potential.
