What is our CDS™ Technique for Penis Filler Enlargement?

People often ask how we are able to inject Hybrid Ultimate Penis Filler evenly and equally along the whole shaft, whilst doing this in the flaccid state, because we inject the patient when they’re in the flaccid state, not when they’re erect.

We have developed a technique called the CDS™ technique, and this technique involves a single entry point roughly in the mid-shaft for most individuals. From that entry point, we are able to reach all points along the whole penile shaft—right underneath the glans, all the way down to the pubic bone area.

We are able to inject penis filler evenly along this plane, along the whole length of the penile shaft, via a cannula—a long, thin plastic tube which the filler comes out of when it’s attached to the syringe.

This is how we are able to evenly inject the filler, just from one single entry point.

The “Pseudo-Erect” State

Whilst doing the procedure, the penis is actually on full extension. What we mean by this is that the glans is pulled to maximum tension, and then counter-pressure is applied to the pubic bone and base. This stretches the penile skin and fascias into the state it would be when it’s erect.

Therefore, we sort of do inject the filler in a pseudo-erect state, to ensure that when the penis is erect, the filler sits perfectly along the whole shaft.

We then mould the filler and ask the patient to do a redistribution massage over the next few days, to ensure that the filler settles down evenly.

That’s how we are able to inject the filler evenly along the whole shaft, even though the patient is not technically in an erect state.

Why Not Inject During an Erection?

Some doctors around the world do induce an erection for the patient and then do the procedure while it’s erect. However, the problem with that is:

• It brings a lot of the vessels to the surface of the penile skin

• There’s an increased risk of bruising and other complications

• There’s also a risk of priapism—a prolonged erection (anything longer than four hours can cause serious harm to penile tissue)
