What Is the Difference Between the P-Shot and Penis Filler?

We get a lot of questions about the difference between the P-Shot and penis filler. They are very, very different treatments which produce different outcomes.

What Is the P-Shot?

Firstly, the P-Shot is claimed to increase blood flow during an erection via platelet-rich plasma (PRP). A sample of your blood is taken, centrifuged, and the platelets and growth factors are injected into the corpus cavernosum (the deep erectile tissue of the penis).

The theory is that these growth factors regenerate erectile tissue to help improve blood flow and blood-holding capacity.

What Is Hybrid Ultimate® Penis Filler?

Hybrid Ultimate® Penis Filler is a penis enlargement technique that significantly increases the girth of the penis in both the flaccid and erect state.

It also improves the flaccid length and hang of the penis, so you become more of a “shower than a grower.”

Key Differences Between the P-Shot and Penis Filler

The P-Shot does not increase the size of the penis. If you’ve had the P-Shot and felt that it worked, the most you’ll get is a harder, firmer erection. The actual size will remain the same.

A Possible Added Benefit

Here’s the paradox: many of our Hybrid Ultimate® patients have actually reported firmer erections. This is anecdotal for now, but the theory makes sense.

Think of it like this: to increase the pressure in a container, the wall of the container must be able to resist internal pressure. Hybrid Ultimate® is thick, elastic and stiff. So when blood fills the corpus cavernosum, the filler wall provides resistance helping maintain tension and firmness.

By contrast, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, regardless of brand, all soften after a few months. The “wall” they create is floppy, so blood doesn’t push against anything firm. This explains why HA fillers often result in softer-feeling erections, in addition to the filler itself feeling soft.

So one could argue that Hybrid-Ultimate® Penis Filler has the potential to have both benefits in terms of size and erection quality.
