The fresh collagen produced after a biostimulatory penis filler treatment doesn't just vanish into thin air the moment the original product starts breaking down. There is also published data on a hybrid HA–PLLA penis filler formulation administered via the advanced CDS™ single-entry technique. At the six-month check-up, the patient had successfully retained a 0.63-inch increase in penis enlargement girth, showing beautiful, uniform integration, a completely natural feel, and zero complications. The authors highlighted that while the HA component delivers that gratifying, instantaneous penis filler volume, the PLLA is what quietly drives the long-term neocollagenesis within the sub-Dartos tissue plane.

While this paper was a single case report calling for longer-term data, the clinical foundations are incredibly solid. Will I keep 100% of my initial post-treatment girth?

No, and you shouldn't expect to. The very early swelling will settle within days, the HA component of the penis filler will slowly reduce, and your natural collagen will continuously remodel. A slight step down from the maximum initial penis enlargement size is a completely normal part of the process.
