The Truth About Hybrid-Ultimate and the Clinics Who Can’t Compete – aiva®

In medicine and in business there's a difference between being first and being right.

When I introduced Hybrid-Ultimate to the UK market, I knew what I was doing. I wasn't experimenting. I wasn't chasing trends. I was building something that could outlive hype, outclass imitation and outlast the rinse-and-repeat mentality of aesthetic clinics designed for volume, not value.

Since then, others have tried to replicate it, some followed quietly 6-12 months later. Others chose to attack it publicly, slandering the science behind PLLA and HA, slandering me etc..... conveniently ignoring decades of peer-reviewed evidence and successful applications in facial and soft tissue augmentation.

But the truth is simple.
They don't hate the product.
They hate the fact they didn't think of it first.

Let's Talk Science. Not Speculation.

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA or PLA) is not new. It has been used globally for over two decades in regenerative medicine, from facial rejuvenation to HIV-related lipoatrophy. Its mechanism is clinically defined:

Biodegradable microspheres stimulate fibroblasts, resulting in gradual Type I collagen production over 6-12 weeks.

Coupled that with Hyaluronic Acid (HA) — one of the most biocompatible volumisers in medicine, and you get a scaffold: an injectable matrix designed not just for temporary fill, but for long-term regeneration.

That's what Hybrid-Ultimate is.

Not a filler. A formula.

A proprietary composition (which we fined tuned and engineered for years before we brought it to market, which only we know the exact formulation process and ratio) engineered for penile soft tissue, providing immediate volume from the HA, and sustained collagen biostimulation from PLLA.

And yes, done incorrectly, these components can cause issues.

But that's not a flaw of the product. That's a flaw in the hands that inject it. (Replica clinics attempting to formulate their own versions, which we have had to correct and manage ourselves).

The Evidence

Yang DY, Jeong HC, Ko K, Lee SH, Lee YG, Lee WK. Comparison of Clinical Outcomes between Hyaluronic and Polylactic Acid Filler Injections for Penile Augmentation in Men Reporting a Small Penis: A Multicenter, Patient-Blinded/Evaluator-Blinded, Non-Inferiority, Randomized Comparative Trial with 18 Months of Follow-up. J Clin Med. 2020;9(4):1024.

This study concluded: HA and PLA filler injections for PA led to significant augmentation and increased satisfaction. Clinical efficacy and safety were comparable between groups.

Kim JW, Lee WK, Kim SW. Efficacy and Safety of a Newly Developed Polylactic Acid Microsphere as an Injectable Bulking Agent for Penile Augmentation: 18-Months Follow-up. World J Mens Health. 2017;35(3):136-142.

In conclusion, penile injection of a newly developed PLA filler led to significant penile augmentative effects for up to 18 months and was well tolerated without serious AEs.

https://academic.oup.com/jsm/article-abstract/17/Supplement_2/S194/7018198

This was a 3 year follow up on patients who received PLLA and HA hybrid mix.... CONCLUSION: Baseline mean penile girth was 8.4 ± 0.13 cm. 1 month after injection - 12.45 ± 0.13 cm and 20 months - 11.75 ± 0.12 cm. Mean girth increase was 4.05 ± 0.06 cm and 3.35 ± 0.07 cm after 1 and 20 months correspondingly. No major adverse effects were observed.

The evidence is clearly published and laid out. There is also further literature to support Hybrid-ultimate Filler.

Why They Won't Use It — And Never Will

See, the real reason most other London clinics won't touch PLLA HA formulations has nothing to do with safety.

It's because their business model would collapse.

These clinics aren't run by doctors.

They're run by investors, managers, middlemen. The goal isn't long-term patient outcomes — it's short-term return cycles.

They want you back every 3-6 months. Not because you need it — but because their bottom line does.

So they stick to simple HA-only treatments. Minimal training and maximum turnover.

But there's a shift happening.
Because the clients they hoped would return... aren't.
They're coming to me instead.

Every week half of my case load are clients who have been treated by the other London clinics and are disappointed in the results they have achieved with them.

Why? Because Results Speak. And So Does Retention.

Hybrid-Ultimate isn't designed for repeat business.
It's designed for lasting impact.
You come in, we treat you properly — and the changes are profound. Not just in size. But in confidence, sexual performance, and anatomical function. You don't need to be sold a package. You just need the right formulation, the right hands, and the right understanding of anatomy.

The rest handles itself.

This Is What Disruption Looks Like

When a new standard is set — the old model has two choices:

  1. Adapt

  2. Attack

Most choose the latter. It's easier to dismiss what you don't understand than to evolve toward it. But in the end, evolution always wins.

Final Word

Hybrid-Ultimate wasn't borrowed from a conference.

It wasn't lifted from a lecture.

It wasn't copied from a course.

It was built from scratch, with intention, clinical insight, and anatomical precision, in a room where no one else was thinking this far ahead.

And now?

They can imitate. They can criticise.

But they can't undo what's already been done.

They weren't first.

They weren't ready.

And now... they're left reacting.
