Question 1

What is Hybrid-Ultimate® Penis Filler treatment?

Accepted Answer

Hybrid-Ultimate® is a non-surgical penis filler protocol developed and exclusively performed by Dr Sef and Dr Raheem at Aiva Wellness Mayfair, London. It combines hyaluronic acid dermal fillers with PLLA collagen stimulators to deliver immediate girth increase and progressive collagen enhancement. The technique is medically published in peer-reviewed scientific literature and delivers semi-permanent results lasting 3–5 years.

Question 2

What is the best penis enlargement method in the UK?

Accepted Answer

The Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler protocol at Aiva Wellness is widely regarded as the UK's leading non-surgical penis enlargement method. Unlike traditional penis enlargement surgery, it requires no hospitalisation, no general anaesthetic, and no extended recovery. Patients can walk out of the clinic immediately after treatment with natural-looking results that last 3–5 years.

Question 3

What does Hybrid-Ultimate® Penis Filler feel like?

Accepted Answer

Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler treatment is performed under local anaesthetic, making the procedure comfortable throughout. Most patients report minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. There is no significant pain post-treatment and patients are able to walk out of the clinic immediately.

Question 4

How big can I get with penis filler?

Accepted Answer

Results vary depending on individual anatomy and goals. The Hybrid-Ultimate® protocol at Aiva Wellness is designed to deliver a natural, proportionate increase in girth and length. During your consultation, Dr Sef or Dr Raheem will discuss realistic outcomes tailored to your goals. Most patients require two sessions of 15ml each (30ml total) for optimal results.

Question 5

What is the treatment process for penis filler at Aiva Wellness?

Accepted Answer

The process begins with a confidential consultation at our Mayfair clinic. If you are suitable, your first Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler session is scheduled. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic and takes approximately 60–90 minutes. A second session is typically scheduled 4–6 weeks later. Results are visible immediately and improve over the following weeks as collagen production is stimulated.

Question 6

When can I come back for my second penis filler session?

Accepted Answer

We recommend waiting a minimum of 4–6 weeks between penis filler sessions. This allows full tissue integration and enables our doctors to assess results before proceeding with your second treatment. Most patients complete their full 30ml Hybrid-Ultimate® course across two sessions.

Question 7

What is the difference between penis filler and penis enlargement surgery?

Accepted Answer

Penis filler is a non-surgical alternative to penis enlargement surgery. Key advantages of penis filler over surgery include: no hospitalisation required, immediate visible results, natural feel (unlike surgical implants), same-day return to work, 3–5 year semi-permanent results, adjustable and reversible if needed, and a significantly lower risk profile. Penis enlargement surgery carries risks including extended recovery (4–6 weeks), permanent scarring, loss of sensation, and no guaranteed results. Aiva Wellness's Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler is medically published and clinically proven.

Question 8

Why are two penis filler sessions required?

Accepted Answer

Delivering the full intended volume in a single session can exceed the safe capacity of the penile fascia. Staging the treatment across two sessions allows for progressive tissue expansion, supports uniform collagen production, and produces more consistent, natural-looking results. This approach is part of Aiva's medically published Hybrid-Ultimate® protocol.

Question 9

Who should perform my penis filler — a surgeon or a cosmetic doctor?

Accepted Answer

In the UK, neither plastic surgery nor urology training includes penis filler techniques. The most important factors are procedural volume, anatomical precision, and product mastery — not job title. At Aiva Wellness, penis filler is the sole clinical focus of our GMC-registered doctors, Dr Sef and Dr Raheem, both of whom have published pioneering penis filler techniques in peer-reviewed scientific literature.

Question 10

Can penis filler treatment be performed on circumcised and uncircumcised men?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler treatment at Aiva Wellness is suitable for both circumcised and uncircumcised men. Our doctors will assess your individual anatomy during consultation and tailor the technique accordingly.

Question 11

Can Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler enhance length?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Hybrid-Ultimate® protocol is designed to deliver both girth and length enhancement. The CDS™ sculpting technique used by Dr Sef targets specific areas to optimise overall size, shape, and proportion, producing natural-looking results for both flaccid and erect appearance.

Question 12

Are there any side effects of penis filler?

Accepted Answer

As with any injectable treatment, there are potential side effects. Common temporary effects include mild swelling, bruising, and sensitivity at the injection sites in the days following treatment. Serious complications are rare when performed by experienced, qualified doctors using a medically published protocol. Aiva Wellness maintains a strong focus on safety and patient welfare throughout every procedure.

Question 13

Can penis filler be reversed or adjusted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The hyaluronic acid component of the Hybrid-Ultimate® filler is reversible using hyaluronidase enzyme. This means that if required, adjustments can be made. Our doctors will discuss the reversibility of your specific treatment plan during your consultation.

Question 14

What should I expect after penis filler treatment?

Accepted Answer

After your Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler treatment at Aiva Wellness, you can walk out of the clinic immediately. There is no significant downtime. You should avoid strenuous exercise and sexual activity for the first 48–72 hours. Mild swelling is normal and settles within a few days. You will receive detailed post-treatment aftercare instructions from your doctor.

Question 15

Is the penis filler procedure painful?

Accepted Answer

The penis filler procedure at Aiva Wellness is performed under local anaesthetic, making it very comfortable. Most patients report little to no pain during the treatment itself. Post-procedure discomfort is minimal and typically subsides within 24–48 hours.

Question 16

What happens after Hybrid-Ultimate® Penis Filler has been injected?

Accepted Answer

Immediately after injection, patients will see an increase in girth from the hyaluronic acid component. Over the following 6–12 weeks, the PLLA component stimulates your body's own collagen production, progressively enhancing and firming the results. The combined effect delivers natural-looking, semi-permanent enhancement lasting 3–5 years.

Question 17

Are penis enlargement results permanent?

Accepted Answer

The results of Hybrid-Ultimate® penis filler at Aiva Wellness are semi-permanent, lasting approximately 3–5 years. They are not permanent. Top-up treatments can be performed to maintain results beyond this period. Unlike surgical penis enlargement, the treatment is adjustable over time.

Question 18

How much does penis filler treatment cost in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Penis filler costs at Aiva Wellness start from £1,000 for the first 15ml session through our flexible prepayment plan. The complete Hybrid-Ultimate® penis enlargement treatment typically requires two sessions (30ml total) for optimal results. Final costs depend on your individual goals and the volume required. Question 19

Accepted Answer
